Discharge by Dame Margaret Houstoune, relict of Sir John Houstoune of Houstoune, Baronet, granting that she had received from Captain John Stirling of Herbertshyre by the hands of - Stirling, his son, the sum of £43 Scots for the feuduty of the lands of Carsbruck in the parish of St. Ninians, barony of Plean and shire of Stirling, for the year 1749 and 42 years preceding, conform to Decreet of Declarator which she obtained against him in the Court of Session on 9th July 1747, and discharging him thereof.
