Title |
Extract from the Books of Council and Session of Disposition by Captain John Stirling of Herbertshire, heir in special cum beneficio inventarii served, retoured and infeft in the lands and estate of Herbertshire to the deceased William Stirling of Herbertshire, his brother, whereby, in implement of his brother's obligation contained in disposition and assignation (dated 21 November 1743 and registered in the Books of Council and Session 30th May 1745) granted to John Campbell, cashier of the Royal Bank of Scotland, and in corroboration and fortification of the said disposition, he disponed to Campbell the teinds, both parsonage and vicarage, of all lands in the parish of Denny, barony of South Herbertshire and sheriffdom of Stirling: with procuratory of resignation and precept of sasine.
