Put up therewith: (1) Certificate of Execution by Archibald Neilsone, messenger, of the above letters dated 20 May 1743: witnesses, James Neilsone, John Young and Andrew Hutton, fleshers in Falkirk; and (2) Certificate by George Rind, messenger, that at the market cross of Stirling, on 23 May 1743, he had inhibited the lieges from purchasing or lending money on the said lands to the prejudice of the complainer; witnesses William Johnstoun, burgess of Stirling, and James Douglas, weaver there Dated at Edinburgh and Registered Gen.
