Discharge by John Hunter, merchant in Glasgow, granting that he had received from John Campbell, cashier of the Royal Bank of Scotland, in name and behalf of William Stirling of Herbertshire, the sum of £100 Stg. of principal contained in Bond, dated 3rd December 1731, together with the unpaid annualrents and expenses, amounting altogether to £118:14:11d, and discharging the said William Stirling as principal, and Sir James Stirling of Glorat and Dame Barbara Corbett, relict of Sir Mungo Stirling of Glorat, his cautioners, of their liabilities under the bond.
