Assignation by Allan Whitefoord, cashier of the Royal Bank of Scotland, to William Stirling of Herbertshire of (1) Bill for £151: 5: - Stg. (dated 1 December 1735) drawn by John Campbell, one of the cashiers of the said Bank on and accepted by Captain John Stirling of Belvill, Alexander Grahame of Duchray, Walter Stirling, son of the deceased William Stirling, surgeon in Stirling, and James Paterson, writer there, and (2) arrears of interest thereon etc. The Bill was protested and the Protest registered in the Books of Council and Session on 28th July, 1736.
