Witnesses, Alexander Wat, merchant in Falkirk, George Wat, his son, Malcolm Wilson, servant of the cautioners, and John Boyle, tenant in Westertoun of Gloratt. The bond was written by William Bryce Jr., writer in Glasgow, and presented for registration on 19th November 1737, by Mr. Francis Wauchop, advocate, and certified by "Jo. Murray". |
