Extract from the Register of Deeds in the Books of Council and Session of Trust Disposition by John Chancellour of Shiellhill in favour of Mrs. Jean Agnew, his spouse, George Lockhart of Carnwath, elder, George Lockhart of Carnwath, younger, Captain Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, younger, Lieutenant Patrick Agnew, his brother, Sir James Lockhart of Carstairs, - Geddes of Kirkuird and - Bartrom of Nisbet for the settlement and distribution of his estate, real and personal, not contained in the bond of tailzie dated 11 April 1727 granted by him.
