Instrument of Resignation ad remanentiam under the hand of Andrew Slowane, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, narrating that Daniel Edward Masson, merchant in Air, procurator for John Sloss of Milntoun of Dalharcoe, in terms of the procuratory of resignation contained in a disposition (dated 11th December 1723) by the said John Sloss to Sir James Cunnynghame of Milncraig Baronet, resigned the merkland of Milntoun of Dalharcoe with houses, yards, mill, mill-lands etc., lying in the parish of Dalmellingtoun, Kings Kyle and sheriffdom of Air, into the hands of Sir James, immediate superior of the same, ad perpetuam remanentiam |
