Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Richard Murehead, clerk, of the diocese of Edinburgh, notary public, following upon and narrating the precept of sasine in a disposition (dated at Westquarter and Falkirk 18 June 1725) by James Livingstone of Westquarter, with consent of the deceased Annabella Cameron, his spouse, and George Livingstone of Badlormie, his brother, granting to John Boog in Landtoune and Elizabeth Drummond, his spouse, and the longer liver of them in conjunct fee and liferent and to the heirs of their marriage, his house and yard (possessed by Christian Simpsone) at the west end of the Raw of Westquarter, bounded by three feet length of ground on the south side of said house, other three feet upon the west side of said yard, the high road on the north, and all the ground from the eastend of the said houses to the westside of the Rawyeards, reserving a cart road between the two dykes when built, lying in the parish of Falkirk, barony of Polmond and sheriffdom of Stirling. Sasine given, on 10th December 1725, by William Galbreath in Landtoune, bailie of the granter, to the said John Boog and spouse |

Witnesses to the disposition, Mr. Michael Elphingstone at Westquarter, Hugh Gray, tenant there, John Stevenson, servant to Walter Graham, chirurgeon in Falkirk, the said Walter Graham and Robert Livingstone, portioner in Falkirk, Witnesses to the sasine, George Arthour, maltman in Falkirk, Alexander Watt and Alexander Grinton, servitors to the notary, and James Murehead, his son.
