Put up therewith - (1) Minutes (dated 28 July 1705) in the said action which states that the writs whose tenor was to be proved were burnt in the fire that happened in the Kirkheugh; and (2) Certificate of execution (date 3 June 1713) by William Hay, messenger, against the defender. Witnesses, William Mitchell and Robert Hector, indwellers in Aberdeen. |
