Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Robert Boyd, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of clare constat (of the date of these presents) by John Kirko, portioner of Glengaber, for infefting David Williamson, son of the late William Williamson in Barfreggan and brother of John Williamson, as nearest and lawful heir to his said brother in one-half of an annual rent of £40 Scots furth of the twenty shilling land of Glengaber lying in the parish of Holywood and sheriffdom of Drumfries, redeemable in terms of heritable bond (dated 13th August 1682) for 1000 merks by the said John Kirko to the said William Williamson, Sasine given on 16th November 1711 propriis manibus to Homer Kirko, wright in Killilour, attorney for the said David Williamson |
