Title |
Instrument of Sasine (defective) under the hand of John Cuninghame, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public following upon and narrating the precept of sasine in a disposition (dated at Edinburgh 11 April 1711) by Sir William Cuninghame of Capringtone Baronet whereby he sold and disponed to Sir James Cuninghame of Milcraig Baronet a yearly annuity of 3240 merks Scots, exigible for crop and year 1709 and during the life of Lady Elizabeth Hamiltone, Lady Kilmaurs, furth of the 2½ merkland of Robertland, the 11 merkland of Lochrige, the 4 merkland of Breddyland, the 3 merk 6 shillingland of Watterland and Hacket belonging to Sir Alexander Cuninghame, the 6 merkland of Fulshaw and mill thereof and the [ ] merklands of Spittell, lying in the parishes of Stewartone and Dunlope, bailiary of Cunnninghame and sheriffdom of Air.
