Title |
Disposition and Assignation (defective) by Mr. James Lowis of Merchistone, (Sic) whereby, in consideration of the sum of £7978: 5: 4 Scots paid to him by Sir David Cunninghame of Milncraig, he bound and obliged himself to infeft him in an annualrent of £390 Scots furth of the lands and barony of Livingstone and the temple lands of Newyearfield all as described in GD86/808, to which annualrent the said Mr. James Lowis had right by bond (dated 16 March 1699) granted by the deceased Patrick Murray of Livingstone and instrument of sasine GD86/808; With procuratory of resignation and precept of sasine.
