Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Robert Foulis, clerk of the diocese of St. Andrews, notary public, in favour of Sir Patrick Hammiltoune of Kyncavill, knight, following upon and narrating the above Precept of Sasine which is stated to be dated 26 March 1519. Sasine given by Robert Douglas of Punfrastoune, bailie of the above Mariot Levingstoune, to James Hamiltoune, son and heir of Sir Patrick as attorney for his father. Done on the chief messuage of said lands on 2 April 1519 |
