Charter under the Great Seal of Queen Anne, with consent of James, Duke of Queensberrie, High Commissioner for Scotland and others, commissioners of her Treasury etc., confirming (1) bond (dated 24th December 1702) by the late Patrick Murray of Livingstoun in favour of Lieutenant Colonel William Sharp in the Foot Guards, for an annualrent of £160 Scots (or such an annualrent as shall correspond to the principal sum of 4000 merks Scots) furth of the lands and barony of Livingstoun, with the teinds thereof, lying in the parish of Livingstoun and sheriffdom of Linlithgow and (2) instrument of sasine following thereon GD86/813.
