Extract from the Books of Council and Session of Heritable Bond by Patrick Murray of Livingstoune whereby, in consideration of the sum of 7000 merks Scots paid to him by Mr. Robert Stewart of Binnie, advocate, he bound and obliged himself to infeft him in an annualrent of £280 Scots furth of the lands and baronies of Livingstoune and Blaickburne lying in the parish of Livingstoune and sheriffdom of Linlithgow, redeemable on payment of the principal sum at the Earl of Moray's tomb in St. Giles Church on 40 days warning: with procuratory of resignation and precept of sasine.
