Witnesses, John Lanrik, writer in Dumfries, and Thomas Wightman in Cowhill. The precept is written by George Maxwell, servitor of John Sharp of Hoddom.
In dorso:- Note of delivery of sasine by the said John Kirkoe to John Hair in Glengaber, attorney, for the said David and John, on 16th January (sic) 1699. Witnesses same as in Instrument GD86/788. |
