Title |
I. Disposition by John Mure of Auchindraine, whereby, in consideration of a certain sum of money paid to him by Hew Mure, his brother german, he disponed to him (1) the 8 merkland of Minihagen and Kirmein lying in King's Kyle and sheriffdom of Ayr, (2) the £10 land of Auchindraine, with the miln of Auchindrain, lying in the earldon of Carrick and sheriffdom foresaid, and (3) his seat and seat room in the kirk of Coyltoun pertaining to the said 8 merkland of Minihagen and his loft seat or seat room in the kirk of Mayboill pertaining to the said £10 land of Auchindraine: with procuratory of resignation, precept of sasine and assignation to the maills of said lands for the half of the crop 1695 payable at Martinmas. At Slaphouse 14th October 1695. Witnesses, George Graham, servitor to the said Hew Mure, and Andrew McAdam, servitor to Mr. David Cunynghame of Milncraig, advocate:
