Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of John Pair, presbyter of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, narrating that Richard Reid, one of the bailies of the burgh of Air, in virtue of his office, passed to a tenement lying in the Vodgait on the west side of the High Street of the burgh of Ayr, between the tenement of John Layng on the north and the tenement of Patrick Thomsoun on the south, and there gave sasine of the said tenement front and tail, with yard and pertinents, to Friar John Valker of the Friars Preachers of said burgh, as lawful and nearer heir of John Valker, his father. Done on the ground of said tenement on 11 February 1515-16 |
