Names of assize:- Mr. Mathew McKell [advocate], Angus Black, provost (dux) of the said burgh, Alexander Merne [William Suffogrum and Robert] Giles, indwellers there, Hugh Mason, William Henderson, Alexander Henderson, writers there, William Logan, weaver there, Robert Wilson, gardener there, Alexander Sandilands [son of Alexander] Sandilands, merchant, Edinburgh, Robert King and John Erskin, indwellers there [James Fivie] joiner in Leith, and Adam Thomson, indweller there.
