Description |
Witnesses for proving the propinquity, John Cheislie of Kerswall and Mr. Charles Lindsay, sometime minister of Coveingtoun. Edward Menzies was her procurator and the brieves from Chancery were proclaimed at the market cross of Lanark on 3 December 1689 by James Frame, sheriff officer of Lanarkshire, before John Patoun and James Hunter, sheriff officers, as witnesses. |
