Disposition by Helen Hendersone, relict of William Sinclair of Banks, whereby, in consideration of certain sums of money paid to her by George Stirling, apothecary chirurgeon, burgess of Edinburgh, she (1) disponed to him an annualrent of £80 Scots furth of the lands of Achyll, extending to a 40 shilling land of old extent, lying within the late stewartry of Monteith and sheriffdom of Perth, and (2) assigned to him contract No. GD86/607: with procuratory of resignation and precept of sasine.
