Witnesses, Sir John Strachan of Murton, Mr. Andrew Hay, son of Sir John Hay, late Clerk Register, Richard Cork, auditor of the rents and revenues of the said Earl of Salisbury, Mr. John Baine of Pittcairlie, writer to the signet, John Macfarlane, his servitor, and Mr. John Carmont, writer in Edinburgh. The deed is written by Mr. Donald McLeoid, servitor to the said Mr. John Baine.
Signed by the granter, consenter and witnesses.
The signet of the Earl of Salisbury is impressed after his signature. |
