Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of John Dickie, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating the precept of sasine in a Bond (dated at Kilmarnok, 11th November 1665) by David Conynghame of Cambuskeith, whereby, in consideration of the sum of 2000 merks Scots, he bound and obliged himself to infeft Adam Muire, merchant in Kilmarnock, in liferent, and James and Heillen, his children, in fee, in an annualrent of £80 Scots furth of his 20 shilling land of Cambuskeith (possessed by John Broun), which was part of his £10 land of Cambuskeith lying in the parish of Kilmarnok, bailiary of Conynghame and sheriffdom of Air.
