Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of William Mitchell of the Sheriffdom of Air, notary public, following upon and narrating the precept of sasine in a charter (dated at Machlein 5 December 1654) by Allan, Lord Cathcart, granting to David Craufurd of Kers, his heirs and assignees, the lands of Trivinax, extending to a two merkland of old extent, within the barony of Sundrome, the four merkland of old extent of Dallmacall and Drumfairne, with the corn-mill called Litill Myln, mill lands, multures etc., the two merkland of Stobinoch within said barony, and the two merkland of Ovir Penny Arthour within the barony of Dallmellingtoune, and all lying in Kings Kyll and sheriffdom of Air. Sasine given upon the ground of said lands, on 17th September 1655, by John Campbell of Kingancleuch, bailie of the granter, to the said David Craufurd |

Robert McAllexander, servitor of the notary, writer of the Instrument.
