Precept of Clare Constat by Patrick Dunbar of Kilconquhar, addressed to James Dunbar, Stephen Dunbar and John Balnawis, for infefting John Chaumer, son of William Chawmer of Drumlochye, as heir of his father, in the lands of Kynmwkkis with pertinents, lying within the sheriffdom of Fiffe; and instructing them to take security for payment of what he is legally due for said lands, and that the bailie who executes the above command should attach his seal to the precept.
