Certified Extract from the records of the barony of Sanquhar of Decreet by Johne Willson of Spangooll, bailie of the barony of Sanquhar, following on complaint by Johne McCall, procurator fiscall, against Mr. Adame Sincklar, minister at Sanquhar, decerning the latter, who failed to compear, to pay to McCall the sums therein mentioned for his "violent blooding, wounding, beating and battering" of the following persons viz:- John Huntar, son of Williame Huntar in Sanquhartown, Agnes Fergisoune in Auchinsew, Williame Murdoch in Sanquhar, Williame Black, son of John Black "call it Johne the laird", Robert Black, brother german of the said Williame, Archibald Paydzen, son of John Paidzen in Brandlehes, John Chreichton in Auchinsew, John Walles in Drumfres and Margrat McCaddam, servant to Sincklar.
