Title |
Contemporary Copy of Discharge by Hendrie, Lord Sinclair, baron of the barony of Newburgh, in favour of William, Earl of Erroll, Lord Hay, Constable of Scotland, of all action and right that he had or might have to the mails, profits and duties of (a) the fishings of the nether waters of Ythen from the Macharlyne beside the kirk of Logie to the sea, and (b) the Miln of Newburghe, with tofts and crofts of the same and the multures of the lands of Knokhall, Mekilhaddoche, Lytilhaddocht and crofts and roods of the town of Newburghe, and because he had infeft him in said subjects under reversion containing the sum of 600 merks, he also discharged all former reversions granted by the late William, Earl of Erroll, father of the granter, in favour of the late William, Lord Sinclair, his father, and Cristian Leslie, his mother.
