Title |
Letters of Procuratory [in the vernacular] by Waltyr Makclery, burgess of Styrling, whereby he constituted Patrik Culquhone of the Glyne, James Hammyltone, Patrik Danystone and Alexander Galbracht his procurators for compearing before Mathew, Earl of the Lennax, his overlord, and resigning his lands of Croftyngaye and the Chapel Croft, with their pertinents, lying within the earldon of the Lennax and sheriffdom of Dunbertane, and his lands of Crugebone, with their pertinents, lying within Fynvik Danand, the earldom of the Lennax and sheriffdom of Styrling, into the hands of the Earl; and to quitclaim him thereof so that it should be lawful for him to dispone them at his pleasure.
