Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of James Campbell, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine (addressed to Robert Cunynghame of Cassiltoun, bailie of the burgh of Kilmaires), contained in a charter (dated at Edinburgh 25 April 1627) by Sir William Cuninghame of Caprintoun granting to John Cunynghame, Margaret Knox and John Cunynghame, their son, as in No. GD86/496. Sasine given by the said bailie upon the ground of said lands and at the mill thereof on 8th May 1627 |
