Renunciation by James Makkynnell, Johne Gilmour, Johne Newall, Thomas Newall and Johne Ga, feuars in Bruntskarth, whereby on the narrative that Adam Cunyghame, advocate, heritor of the 40 shilling land of Dargavell has obtained decree against them for removing from that part of the said land lying to the south and south east of Meggis-myre, and that he is willing to accept as "severall" to himself that part thereof "now deykit just foranent the west end of Meggis-hirst", they renounce in his favour all right title and interest they have in and to said portion.
