Title |
(I) Certificate of Execution by Robert McKynnell, messenger, certifying that upon 1st May 1621 at command of our sovereign lords letters raised at the instance of Adam Cunyghame, advocate, he lawfully warned and charged Thomis Newall in Tounfit of Brounskaithe, John Newall in Know, William Coupland in Brounskaithe, Thomas Carrutheris, there, John Gilmoure, there, James McKynnell, there, John Gaw, there, and Harbert Gaw, there, to flit and remove from that part of the complainer's forty shilling land of Dargavell called Lochermos within 15 days conform to decree obtained against them. Witnesses, Robert Carruthers in Brounskaithe and John Boyd, servitor of the said Adam Cunyghame; and
(II) Another Certificate by the said Robert McKynnell certifying that, upon 5th May 1621, he similarly warned Nicolas Chairters, relict of William Maxvell of Tinvald. Witnesses, James McKynnell in Brounskaithe and Jhone Boyd, servitor of the said Adam Cunyghame |
