Title |
Instrument under the hand of Malcolm Broun, presbyter of the diocese of Dunkeld, notary public, narrating that Robert Conyngame, lord of Polmais, and James Ogilvy of Auchmertyne were agreed concerning a tack of lands contained in an obligation entered into between them, and that they were content that the terms of said obligation should stand, with the exception that 40 days might be added or 8 days deducted from its duration with consent of the said James Ogilwy. Further, narrating that the said Robert Conyngame obliged himself to grant a letter of tack of the lands contained in the said obligation to the said James Ogilwy; and both parties by holding forth their right hand obliged themselves to observe the terms thereof. Done on the public street and before the booth door of John Ermair (?) burgess of Perth, on 28 November 1500 |
