Charter of Sale by James, Lord Torthowall, with consent of the persons to whom he is interdicted (names not inserted), granting to Adam Cwnynghame, advocate, that portion of the meadow of his lands of Rowcan lying on the south and southwest sides of the Water of Lochir adjacent to the said Adam's own lands of Dargavellis, between the said Water of Lochir and Over, Middill and Nether Dargavellis belonging to the said Adam and all the parts of the said meadow as aforesaid and within the sheriffdom of Drumfreis: To be held de me in feu ferm for payment of 6/8d Scots yearly: with clause of warrandice and precept of sasine addressed to George Maxwell, notary.
