Title |
Letters of Reversion (in Scots) by Robert Danyston of Balgairane, narrating that although Patrik McGregour of Ardconwell has granted and confirmed to him heritably by charter and sasine his four merk lands of old extent of Lagary with pertinents, lying within the earldom of Lennax and sheriffdom of Dunbertan, he nevertheless binds himself on receiving 40 days warning "in my propir persone or at my paresch kyrk for the tym ............ apon ane solempt day in tyme of hie mese in opin audiens, to resign the said lands in favour of the said Patrick on payment of the sum of 160 merks Scot son the High Altar of the parish church of Dunbertan. Attested by the seal of the granter at Dunbertan 12th March 1499-1500 |
