Description |
They have begun the building of the harbour of Abirbrothok, which has already exhausted both their common good and private "moyanes" and as they are unable to complete it without outside help, solicits assistance. Bailie David Auchterlonie, bearer of the letter, has been appointed their commissioner to procure help. Dated at Abirbrothok. A receipt by the bailie for an "angill" from the Laird of (illegible) is endorsed on the letter. |
