Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of William Caulduell, of the diocese of Glasgow, clerk of the bailiary of Cunynghame, notary public, following upon and narrating the precept of sasine in a charter (dated at Edinburgh and Corshill 25th and 27th May 1613) by Sir James Cunynghame of Glengarnok, knight; with consent of William Cunynghame of Capringtoun, granting to David Cunynghame of Robertland an annualrent of £12 Scots furth of the two merklands of old extent of Busbieheid (occupied by Peter Barclay and David Barclay, his son) lying in the barony of Glengarnok, bailiary of Cunynghame and sheriffdom of Air. Sasine given by Alan Stinsoun, in Mylnetoun, bailie of the granter, to James Mowat, younger, of Busbie, procurator of the said David Cunynghame, upon the ground of said lands of 29th June 1613 |

Witnesses to the charter same as in the preceding Instrument. Witnesses to the sasine, John Cuming, sailor, Allan Dunlope, sailor, and Robert Dunlope, blacksmith, burgesses of Irwing, and William Hay, servitor of the said notary.
