Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of William Caulduell, clerk, of the diocese of Glasgow, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine in a Feu Charter (dated at Edinburgh and Corshill 25th and 27th May 1613) by Sir James Cunynghame of Glengarnok, knight, with consent of William Cunynghame of Capringtoun, granting to David Cunynghame of Robertland the 40 shilling lands of old extent of Chirrilandis lying in the barony of Glengarnok, bailiary of Cunynghame and sheriffdom of Air. Sasine given by William Cunynghame, of Clonbeith, bailie of the granter to the said David Cunynghame, upon the ground of said lands on 4th June 1613 |

Witnesses to the Charter, John Cunynghame, merchant, burgess of Edinburgh, Archibald Cunynghame of Kirkland, Alexander Adam, servitor of the said Sir James Cunynghame of Glengarnock, William Andersoun, notary public, Alexander Cunynghame of Corshill, [ ] Cunynghame of Poutoun, and Alexander Cunynghame younger of Corshill. Witnesses to the Sasine, William Dickie, younger in Bourtriehill, Gilbert Speir in Chirrielandis, Neil Hendrie, burgess of Irwing, and Robert Mure, servitor of the said David Cunynghame of Robertland.
