Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Walter Nore, presbyter of the diocese of Brechin, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine (dated at Lanrik 18 August 1489) by John Haudane of Glennegas, addressed to Bartholomew de Glenbolg, John de Glenbolg of that Ilk and Robert Bochquhannen, brother of Thomas Bochannen of Gartincabir, his bailies in that part, for infefting Robert Bochannen, son and heir apparent of the said Thomas Bochannen, in a feufarm annualrent of £3 from the lands of Ballyvow with pertinents, lying in the earldom of Lennax, barony of Glennegas and sheriffdom of Perth. Sasine was given by the said John de Glenbolg to the said Robert on 23 August 1491 at the principal dwelling house of said lands |
