Witnesses, George Litlejohne, merchant, burgess of Edinburgh, and Hadriane Litlejohne, his son. Robert Pringill, servitor to Johne Eistoun, writer, is the writer of the Obligation. Certified by John Skene, Clerk Register. Jonet Carrik who cannot write, subscribed with her hand at the pen led by Robert Pringill, notary public. Registered 16th March, 1609. |
