Title |
Letters Under the Privy Seal of King James VI. whereby for himself and as lawful administrator for Prince Henry, his son, he grants to James Cunynghame of Glengarnok (1) the ward, non-entries, maills, ferms, profits and duties of all the lands and heritages which formerly pertained to the late Jhonn Cunynghame of Drumquhasill for all the years and terms since his decease until the lawful heir be entered thereto, with the relief whenever it should happen, and (2) the marriage of Jhonn Cunynghame of Drumquhasill, son of the foresaid Jhonn Cunynghame, or in the event of his dying unmarried, the marriage of any other heir male or female who shall succeed to the said lands and heritages.
