Title |
Letters of Reversion by (1) Andro Makfarland of Arrochequhair and Agnes Maxvell, his spouse, and (2) Vmphray Makfarland, their son, and Kathrene Buchanan, his spouse, granting that (a) an annualrent of £48 Scots and (b) an annualrent of £32 Scots sold by Johne Cwnynghame of Drumquhassill to the first parties and the longer liver of them in liferent and to the second parties in fee furth of his 40 shilling land of Blairfad lying in the dukery of Levinnox and sheriffdom of Strivilling, should be redeemable by payment of the sum of 600 merks Scots and 400 merks Scots respectively on 40 days warning.
