Title |
Instrument of Sasine under the hand of Thomas Scott, clerk of the diocese of St. Andrews, notary public, following upon and narrating a precept of sasine in a charter (dated at Edinburgh 7th June 1595) by Nicholas Carncorse of Callffhill, with consent of James Carncorse, his son, granting to John Scott in Fairnihirst, one half of the lands of Fairnihirst with pertinents: To be held of James Lord Borthick in blench farm: Sasine given by Alexander Chissolem of Parkhill, bailie in that part, upon the ground of said lands in the hall of the house of the said John Scott on 2nd August 1595 |
