Title |
Precept of Sasine by Elizabeth, Lady Carlell, addressed to John Semerell of Camnethein, narrating that with consent of James Dowglas, her husband, she had granted to Geoffrey Irving, son of Edward Irving of Bonnischaw, the three pound lands of old extent of Todhollis with Christillandbog, extending to the Stirkmyir on the north, marching with Tuilleisfeild on the west, the Brotbog on the east, and the Fuscallmyir on the south, lying in the parish of Dornok, stewartry of Annandale and sheriffdom of Drumfreis; which lands formerly pertained to the said Edward Irving and were resigned by him in favour of his son into the hands of the granter who directed her bailie to give sasine accordingly.
