Title |
Discharge by William Sinklar, Master of Cathnes and baron of Newbrough, whereby, on the narrative that he had set the fishing of the Crukkit-fourd of the Watter of Ichane in feufarm to William Earl of Erole, Lord the Hay, Constable of Scotland, for a yearly feuduty of four merks, he granted that he had received payment from him of the said feuduty for five years from the date hereof and quitclaimed him his heirs executors and assignees of the same.
