Title |
Charter of Sale (much injured by damp) by Thomas Padene, burgess of Air, whereby in consideration of the sum of 800 merks (400 of which was lying in wadset over the subjects after described) paid to him by Williame Rysyde, burgess of Air, and Bessie Johnestoun, his spouse, he disponed to them and the longer liver of them in conjuct infeftment and the heirs procreated or to be procreated between them, whom failing to the heirs and assignees of the said Williame whomsoever, his back tenement of land with yard and pertinents lying on the north side of the - of said burgh, between the tenement of the late Donald Campbell on the west and - of the tenement of the said Williame Rysyde, [formerly] pertaining to the said Donald Campbell, on the east, with free ish and entry thereto by the "forezett" of the fore-tenement, and (2) the "brewing leid, cadroun .......... fatt, ane troche staine now being exca.......... in the brewhous of the said bak tenement togidder with the tua .......... in the heiche chalmer thairof".
