Title |
Letters of Reversion by (1) Andro Makfarlane of Arrochear and Agnes Maxvell, his spouse, and (2) Elezabeth Makfarlane, their daughter, and Malcum McFarlane, son and heir apparent of Andro McFarlane of Gartewarter (Gartawertane), her spouse, granting that an annualrent of £32 Scots sold by Johne Cwnynghame of Drumquhassill, with consent of Margrat Elphinstoun, his spouse, to the first parties in liferent and to the second parties in fee, and to the heirs lawfully gotten or to be gotten betwixt them, whom failing, to the heirs or assignees of the said Elezabeth whomsoever, furth of the £5 land of Portnellane lying within the earldom of Levinnox and sheriffdom of Dumbartane, should be redeemable by payment of the sum of 400 merks Scots within the parish kirk of Drommen, on forty days warning.
