Letters of Reversion by Williame Maxuell, brother german of Sir Johnn Maxvell of Nether Pollok, knight, granting that an annualrent of 7½ bolls oatmeal sold to him by Johnn Conynghame of Drumquhassill, with consents of Margaret Elphinstoun, his spouse, furth of the £5 land of old extent of Killermont (occupied by Valter Malynny, James Malynny, Archibald McYndo and Cristiane Findlay) lying within the parish of Kilpatrik and sheriffdom of Stirveling, should be redeemable by payment of the sum of 300 merks and the arrears of said annualrent, or 36 merks as the price thereof, in the High Kirk of Glasgw, on forty days warning.
