Title |
Letters of Reversion by Johnne Galbrayth in the Hill of Bolgair and Jonet Buquhannane, his spouse, granting that an annualrent of 3 bolls oatmeal sold to them and the longer liver of them and to the heirs and assignees gotten or to be gotten betwixt them, whom failing to the heirs whomsoever of the said Johnne Galbrayth, by Johnne Cuninghame of Drumquhassill furth of his lands of Blairfad (occupied by Niccoll Cuninghame and Williame Cuningham, his son) lying in the barony of Craggievairne and sheriffdom of Striuilling, should be redeemable by payment of the sum of 100 merks Scots in the parish kirk of Drymman, upon 40 days warning, either in their own persons, or at their dwelling places or in the parish kirk of Balfrone.
