Title |
Charter of Sale by John Conyghame of Drumquhassill, whereby in implement of a contract (of even date herewith) entered into between him and Gabriel Conyghame of Carncurane, and in consideration of the sum of 500 merks Scots paid to him by the said Gabriel, he grants to him an annualrent of £40 Scots furth of the lands of Killermond (occupied by Walter Malynnie, Edward Makindo and David Arthour) lying in the parish of Kilpatrik and sheriffdom of Dunbertane: To be held de me for payment of one penny Scots in name of blench farm.
